on topic as well: No a T-16 doesn't have to be corrupted, but this method has been discontinued...

not OP, but the method doesnt work anymore i think

early on in the early access, people were able to run arbiter for these t16 waystones that were uncorrupted and unid

theres still some supply going around, but at a high price. i believe theyre just a collectors item now
