Honestly, I wouldn't even bother selling it I would have just discarded it. Wands can have these exact same stats, and I can also use a focus for another +2 skills. Only way a staff would be worth anything is if it were +7 skills with a minimum of 2 x spell damage increases, 300+ mana, cast rate on it is good and that is they only thing this staff has going for it.
