Its free, you will have to request a free cdkey though.
The only way you have to pay is for chantra (which isn't necessary)

Anyways, lvl 23 now.

Is it pc only or it is mac compatible too? Also i cant seem to download it, fileplanet is the only link that works from the many given and i dont have a fileplanet acc

Started this up a yesterday and currently level 10 ranger on Brumhart, its quite fun right now =]
