Any word on Potseed getting this lock straightened out?

he already got a repay med. he has 700fg towards it atm and we need to get like to 1250 i think.

Yeah my wow is messed up. Most of the time it won't open, then sometimes it won't connect. Then every time I try to load a dungeon it freezes.
