This build is a VERY fast, feels like you are using HH without one. The Single target is INSANE and map clear is INSANE. Can do pretty much any content in the game besides ultimatum. It is based off of Ruetoo's build.
DPS: 77.9 million, 100% crit chance
Defense: 76% evade, 100% spell suppression, res capped(not chaos - can change gloves/ring for this) - not really a problem with how fast you kill things.... I was speed farming t17 scarab fortresses
