Familiar w/ d2/d3 rushing, not familiar w/ PoE rushing....

I'm in A2 Norma(?) [level 25] -- Almost done w/ A2.

I want to get this toon to level 60. Do these "rushes" get me exp to level like in d3? Or is it more like d2, where I'm going to be level 25 in the higher difficulties...

I'd like a price quote for a full rush including all skill point quests, to get me to the equivalent of "Hell" difficulty in D3 but the PoE version.

It is a rush not lvling party. It is useful in many ways, most importantly you can start farming ledge/docks on any difficulty without having to spend hours going through the whole game.

You need to be 20 and 35 to get to cruel and merciless respectively.
