I had 8k fg stolen aswell, they locked it on the thief's account. Everything was proved but d2jsp refused to give back my fg

There should be a safety net of some kind, that is pretty bullshit if anyone can just buy fg, spent it then get their money back lol

Yeah but i mean njaguar could stop this from happening to hundreds if not thousands of people by simply adding 'transactions non-refundable' to the terms and conditions.
