Cosmetics are untradable, and trading real word cash for items is illegal on jsp anyways.

Also watch out for new ppl on jsp could be poe mods trying to catch out ppl i couldnt see this been hard to do

the account with the cosmetics can be traded, not the cosmetics themselves. So if someone was just starting they could buy an account with cosmetic stuff on it and start out. that is the problem.

Im sure they would have some older users as well. This pretty much kills POE for me. Blizzard never sent people on the forumns to stalk us and ban our accounts, and id rather not play a game I cant even use my fg/jsp on, Not gonna 'not use' fg, and I dont want to have to constantly worry about my account I think im done here ><

3 Things:

1. Don't ever post on the PoE forums or in public chat about anything d2jsp

2. Stop posting your in game name publicly.

3. Stop using username@d2jsp because I already know for a fact they log every single thing, including chat, so it would extremely easy to see people who keep trading for nothing and say blahblah@d2jsp

Aside from that, this type of thing isn't "new" for these types of games, it's usually against the ToS to use external sites to trade. Hell, the only company I know of that doesn't give a shit, and actually condones it, is Valve.

Trading accounts on Jsp is also illegal unless stated in pretty much all trading sections.
