Had an offer of 7k last night and the guy said a fair BIN would be 13k. With that being said:

4 hour reserve = 10k (close 4 hours after someone offers 10k)

BIN = 15k

so a fair bin were 13k but you bumped it to 15k? ^
just sounds abiit funny
