I just reached lvl 10 yesterday evening and am now running arond in (sanctuary ?) this big town with 1000000+ blue quest points xd

Do you have any advice for me what is very important for me and shouldnt miss out, because i will miss it later ?

I plan to go big on pvp, but before that i wanna reach max level ofc
