cant figure out where the download game client is...? is this game on disk or somthin wtf

Ok so i opened the ncsoft launcher and clicked Aion to download it from the sidebar and its telling me "The install information could not be downloaded, please try again in a few miniutes...?"

up at the top right hand side, you'll see where it says "aion account"
the drop down will say download client
click that, let it download
then open it up and ur ready to play
