Is the online community huge?
Is there a decent amount of pvp?
Do you have to grind like hell to level up or is it moderate?

2.0 server status atm. so many people come back. rly nice

1. Not really huge. Each server has their "big" legions, but outside of that the game is pretty dead (compared to most "popular" games).
2. With the release of 2.0, the unique rifting aspect of the game has dropped in viability more than you can imagine. With that said, PvP in this game is mostly zerging (running around in groups and ganking); PvP in this game is about numbers.
3. In order to reach the level cap, you will be playing for probably at least six months, depending on your definition of "casual".
4. Can you play casually? Sure you can. However, it is far from the best choice. This game requires gear and in order to get the "good" gear you must dedicate a lot of time.

i'll answer to the casually one, i play casually and have a 25 ranger, and 37 cleric... play like mabye 1-2 hours a day at most taking days off. That's my idea of casual =)

Just to answer the last question, if you were to know the best way to level up, It is faster to get to 1-55 on Aion, then 1-98 in D2, even if you guber 1-93.


You just have to realize that compared to d2, 1 level is like 2, thus it seems like it's longer of a grind, but it really isn't
