i have a 30 ranger and a 29 glad... i wanna reroll though, what classes are good solo play that are viable at 50 either healing or dpsing.

rangers burst people down really fast at 50
Glads also rip through peoples life at 50

if you want to level fast i would recommend sticking to that ranger you have there and kiting elites.. it's ALOT faster than any melee class.

get ur glad to 30 and do the devea quest thingy and choose the leather for ur ranger then do the quest if u havent on ur ranger u will get 2 set

chanters, when geared like crazy, have pretty good survivability. tons of kd, crit. recovery spell every 10s. getting there isn't so easy.
nothing really compares to ranger's burst damage though.
glad has good sustained dps, and it's pretty beasty if you're not a fuckwit.
sin's good sustained dps, soso burst, but they kinda got jewed over by the last patch. a squishy glad basically.
sm's good for solo but, again, requires you not to be a fuckwit. too much to do to maximize dps. you're also squishy unless armor spirit is up.

IMO Clerics prob my favorite for Solo play.

That or Chanters, I just find Clerics have better DPS than Chanters -- depends on gear truly.


Just Clerics are basically if you have mana you're pretty much going to be alive if you're smart.

And ofc, best healers ingame too.

if u wanna pvp, go ranger. they own shit period. everything..

glads arent bad either though

do yourself a favor and level that glad up by the time you lvl and gear him up (it's a REALLY gear dependant class), 2.0 will be out, and glads will be the new OP class with their crazy stigmas and the group abyss.
