If this isn't illegal to post this on d2jsp i'm basically wondering if anybodies considered doing this on the Marchutan Server, my toon is a lvl 36 Elyos.

the going rate is about 1m vs 200 fg i have been paying 250 per 1m though because it's hard to find people and it's not illegal

Im confused, are you saying for 200 fg I can get 1 mil AP in doing this?
