I recently game back to Aion and have forgotten my game account PW. Stupidly, NCsoft have made it almost impossible to get it back so if I want to play I need to get a new serial code. I lodged a question in support but after 5 days I still have no reply. Their customer service is pathetic. PLEASE HELP
