Of course, NC has never been known for customer support, but if you aren't getting any kind of "no reply" type confirmation e-mails about your support tickets, then something isn't working right. Are you sure that's the account that you used for the playNC account? Option b should work though, but who knows. GL
mhmm, no email was sent to verify my submit ticket. I haven't recieved any email about the password recovery, my ticket, or the forgot username appeal. It's almost like hotmail is blocking the email or they aren't sending me any.. I know for certain that my only email is what I registered with my account. Could you help me out somehow? Perhaps you could open up the ticket for me? I trust you T.T
