I can't remember my password or the password has been changed somehow. Anyways, I sent a password reset by answering my recovery questions. I recieved no email though.. So I tried again, once again I recieved no email. My email address is @hotmail.com. Is hotmail down or are the aion staff slacking? I got a ticket for my customer support, but I don't know how to check the ticket number without a aion account. Anyone know how to check the ticket?

You should be able to:

a) Use your aion account (obviously not gonna work for you)
b) I believe make a "support" account using an e-mail of your choice to submit a ticket
c) Use the e-mail on your account to send in a ticket

Of course, NC has never been known for customer support, but if you aren't getting any kind of "no reply" type confirmation e-mails about your support tickets, then something isn't working right. Are you sure that's the account that you used for the playNC account? Option b should work though, but who knows. GL

mhmm, no email was sent to verify my submit ticket. I haven't recieved any email about the password recovery, my ticket, or the forgot username appeal. It's almost like hotmail is blocking the email or they aren't sending me any.. I know for certain that my only email is what I registered with my account. Could you help me out somehow? Perhaps you could open up the ticket for me? I trust you T.T

I've tried to get help for a friend in the past. They don't accept any tickets regarding accounts from anything except the account/e-mail of the account in question. Have you checked your spam folder?

I don't have a spam. I do have a junk folder though. It's empty.
