Alright guys, well this is just a short introduction and I would also like to get your opinions on a program I might be interrested in developing.
It would be a reputation type of program.
You enter someone's name(s), it shows up with the list of characters with those names and their levels from aiononline database, double click them and it will bring up their armory page.
Now instead of having to write comments people can choose Positive, Neutral, or Negitive reputation and leave a reason why.
Also can be mark as KoS(Kill on Sight), Bot, Spammer, Ninja Looter.
There would be several databases per legion that you can hook into, or the general one. Lets say you wanted to use a legion specific one, you could mark a player KoS and then all your legion members whenever they were to look him up would see the KoS and hunt him down.
Or look him up see him as a botter and choose not to group with him. Or the general database where since its open to the public everyone could just mark him as a botter because hes OP or something. So it wouldn't be as accurate as a legion or multi-legion database.
You can submit 1 rep per computer per player, along a tab on to view botters, KoS, spammers, ninja looters, etc...
Anyways would this be something that the Aion community would be interrested in? If so I would be more than happy to create such a program.
I think the bolded portions would be very controversial and unnecessary. It would end up basically being a "he said, she said" thing with no concrete proof when it comes to accusing people of botting, ninja looting, things like that. If you were able to make it so you can see all the legions that one character has been in, something similar to what warcraftrealms has where they can tell you all the ex members of a guild, etc, then I'd say that could be useful.
