Make sure you have money in your paypal acct when it tries to renew your sub or there'll be the automatic delay period (eg. 6-8 business days for me) while it sucks it outta your bank account, assuming you're not paying into paypal with a CC.

Well I bought it through Steam, they said it was being processed.

I can't install the game until its processed how long does this take?
