a lvl 20 rift dosent mean there is only lvl 20 on the other side no point keeping a low lvl with good gear

Fate set is trash. At best you can kite some bad high-20s to death. Best possible twink set for rifting is full Flash set at 30, it out-classes people wearing gold with 'cause of bonuses. ...But I guess that's irrelevant to dps. The 9 crit and 30ish you get from slotting the gloves is pretty irrelevant especially at low levels.

Hmm, tl;dr: don't waste your time unless you really really spend time on it. Either full Flash or drop the idea entirely.

Clearly that makes the set bad, not the people using it. Daevonian sets will last you to 50 because of the bonuses. The only thing that would make it better is having the secret bonus give slightly more speed since you can't get different boots. Grats on beating baddies. A Korean twinked 31 Ranger video shows him facing a 50 sin and 50 sorc and winning. Are they bad? Yeah. Would it be possible without twinked gear? No. Just because you can't see how ridiculous the set bonuses are doesn't make the set bad, just makes you stupid.

No. Its not at all difficult to understand. What makes gear better than other pieces of gear is very simple, stats. That's all that matters. The stats of a full Daevonian set is leagues above anything, save for full PvP gear, which would take you far longer, you can get for a very long time. What other gear give you 12% speed, 28 flight time, 8% attack speed, easy crit crap, and 6k HP at 30? Oh yeah, nothing. Sorry that you're too stupid to do basic arithmetic?
