You mean the stats on weapons you have equipped, but aren't using or just the weapon/shield in off hand? If the former, no, if the latter, yes.

Nope, only benefit from 2h sword or 1h sword and shield

Can't confirm this as I havnt tested but perhaps you could :).

If any of you play diablo (or played), you know when you switch weapons that the once your using will only be usable.
The ones your not, won't grand you stats... or am I not getting whats been asked?
