Anybody know when they are going to add this NPC into the game?

I believe it's already in game and you have to be level 50. But thats just what i overheard i can't say with certainty.

they should already be up ive see the elyos side one in beta didnt try to do it though so i dont know if it has a level restriction like sand is saying

Last I read, the NPCs have already been added, but the tickets needed to use them have not.

can anyone else confirm that this is true? That you have to be level 50 to use the ticket.



yeah thats what i'm waiting on and wondering when there adding the tickets.
