How many levels above a monster do you need to be before they stop dropping gear reliably?

anyone know ?

Uh, not sure if there is such a thing. I depend on my gear to be given to me via quest, not mobs.

lol when your trying to get inescapable judgement ( lvl 21-23 mobs i hear) you tend to want to grind them XD

been confirmed they drop from gray brax and the savvy Daru's @ patamor Ridge Path.
