i know of 2 actually instances so far that ive been told have a lockout of 1 day havent tested it tho anyway there is the training camp which is level 25+ and there is fire temple which is 32+ and b 4 that there is 2 open world group quests that have bosses and such in them like a open world instance kinda and those are 18+ and 22+ 18+ is refered to as black claw (BC) and the 22+ is tarrans Caveren or (TC)

Nochsanas Training Camp is 18hr lockout, Fire Temple is 30min lockout.
