I was wondering what the Cleric was like, i'm gettin the game on October 2nd (next friday) when I get paid and was gonna start playin this. Right now i'm just debating on what my first character is. I had a lvl 80 T7.5 decked out raiding resto druid (quit after the tier 8 came out) on WoW and loved being the healer of the group. What kind of character is this? Would I enjoy playing as this character? I used to play shadowbane and have heard that there was a toon in aion that could burn hp for mana like the confessors in shadowbane, is this true? I love the graphics and played some beta with Aion but couldn't afford to get the game right off the shelf the day it came out. I liked pvping and raiding on wow as a resto (healer) druid and am just trying to find out if clerics in Aion can do the same thing and better or what?

If you're comparing this to WoW you should not be playing.

He's not, he is asking what kind of character a cleric is.

Clerics are basically your holy priests of wow though.

clerics are a lot of fun they have both hots and just staight up heals but they are the main healer and can withstand a lot in pvp

they are great healers but let me put it this way. At 50 you need an alt for farm for stuff.

is it true though that clerics can turn there hp into mana or vise versa?

yeah i was reading about that skill on the wiki; absolutely sick, but that could OWN you in pvp...pve to i suppose

if its true though that they can turn there hp into mana, and there healers? Woudln't that make them kinda invincible... If they get hurt just heal, then get low on mana burn hp for mana, ect? I mean kinda like a warlock in world of warcraft (Burn your hp for mana) except they can cast heal to so they have an infinite mana pool basically?

i think that skill has a cooldown timer...yeah just checked, 10 minute CD on that skill
