It's most likely your internet connection.
Get a better one and this will be fixed.

I play this on my laptop (same connection, worse specs) and I don't rubber band.

I assume you mean going back a few feet? Yeah happens to me. Just hiccups in the server.

How come others can play just fine?

I'm confused on this happens especially since my laptop runs it fine on the same connection

and it happens every time i move, not like every 15 minutes or so, i can handle that.
I walk 5 and get pushed back 3... constantly

Oh that severe I have no idea. Mine usually happens when i put away my wings and drop a few feet. Actually most of the time when it happens I am falling.

yeah, well i think i just fixed it for now. I restarted my computer and unplugged my ethernet cable and plugged it back in

Happens to me a lot.
When it gets out of hand I just restart the game and stops.
Gotta love it at times though. Can't tell you how many times it's saved my ass when falling and wings were on cooldown..

i had it only on the open beta then when the game came out i never got it
