Is it a series of quests or a dungeon or both?
I see general chat under constant spam because of it so just want some clarification :)

It's just a certain zone with some veteran monsters that require a group to bring em down. theres like 10 group quests there.

NNW of Veteron gives out a couple, iirc. The outpost.
