What I have been wondering though.. say you make 3 more characters 2 months from now. Do all 3 characters still get all of the Collectors Edition items? As well as the items the Regular and Collectors Edition get since it was Prepurchased?

Good question. I guess wait and find out lol

Every character that you ever create will receive the items. They can not be traded/sold/etc.
