They won't have mine untill the 21st. I plan to contact costumer support and tell them about this issue.

Correct. The preorder key you got from gamestop(or where ever you preordered from) will allow you to play through the 23rd.

They said they are only selling 35k copies of the Collectors edition.

they will always have the download from the ncsoft store from what i heard...
