When I go to get into the game, what is my account supposed to be?

They emailed me something with beta key inluded in the title...but they just sent me something like this inside

Do i login with my master account for the site? Either way, when I type in any information the lag's out and then says can not connect to the authentication server and kicks me to Aiononline.com

When you log into your master account on the NCSoft website. Once logged in you should click the Aion thing you should see on the right hand side. You should see your Aion account information(different then your NCSoft master account information.

ah...looks like they are doing some work on it. Might explain why I can't login

Well the Aion servers are closed so you can't get on anyways til the 18th when preselection goes on and the the 20th when headstart begins(if you pre-ordered.) If you didnt then the 22nd is when you can play(25th if EU)
