For starters let me tell you what I'm trying to find in a game.
1. Long but fun.
2. Awesome graphics.
3. Able to play solo with out having to worry about getting gear.
4. Doesn't take hours to acomplish one thing.
5. PVP aspects that would put wow to shame.
Pretty much the above is what i'm looking for in a new game, and now I'm hoping to hear from someone that has played in the open beta and if it might fit what I'm looking for.
Any side comments from ppl who haven't played the game but have researched and found good or bads about it would also be great.

Aion does sound pretty fitting.
1. It's relatively long (It is a MMO, afterall).
2. It surely fits the graphics criteria.
3. I solo'd nearly the whole time in each of the closed betas.
4. I guess this could be the iffy one. It doesn't take hours to accomplish every little thing but I wouldn't be surprised if some things take an hour or two.
5. I didn't get to PVP in beta but if what I hear is true, you'll be more than satisfied here.
One thing is for sure, I can't think of a more fitting game for that list.
