it depends on what kind of games you like to play, there are a lot of hackers with radar hacks and glide hacks which can get really annoying if you are a stealth class ( Assasin,Rranger ) and also the insane grind for anything makes it a pain in the ass.

Last patch (1.9) they increased some droprates and added a few loot tables to make it a little more non-korean friendly but, i just gave up on the game...

I say give it a shot and see how you like it but, you wont get anywhere unless you play a lot lot lot.

If you were back 5-8 years ago, CS 1.6 would be that game... ever since then no game has truly needed skill.

Even Diablo doesn't take that much skill anymore... CoD games have never once took skill to be MLG, Halo ... I lol'd @ the thought...

RPG wise WoW isn't about skill, neither is Aion, Runescape actually used to be about skill, now not so much since after years of updating it's ez to pk...

you won't get any closer than that to wow... tried aion but quit after level 18 or something incredibly boring to level in aion tbh and the dmg rotation and shit is piss boring as well tbh but well I was playing an archer and they were a bit bugged in the start I think might have gotton fixed now but it was really annoying to play as an archer at least

Rangers don't start getting "usable" until after 19... and really in the end they suck balls period.

I hope you're joking. Rangers are easily one of the best solo pvp chars and grinders and have pretty high burst dps. I think you just need to get good because rangers definitely don't suck at the end.

aion is a decent game but very similar to alot of the MMO;s out there now. honestly best MMO ever was everquest back when it had massive population. so about 8 or so years ago =P. #1 MMO.

alot of my friends who played that movied to aion and are still there. but good MMO;s that last there best times are the first few years when they come out because it makes the lower levels sooooo much more fun. now in wow its just a massive grind to get to 80 no one was old stuff like gnoneragon and bla bla so if you plan to play the game get it now while its still good.

although aion has a massive bot groups alot of fucking bots last i played.
