How do we know it will have the strongest PvP?

You missed a key word there. It has a majority of the worlds biggest competitive gaming clans, however that was not my original intention in choosing it. I originally chose it because it was a medium high population server and wanted to avoid overcrowding. By the time it was made clear it would be overpopulated it was too late to move the jsp community to another server.
