Past week I've logged on, I've had to block 3 gold spammers total. Whatever they are doing, its working. Also every bot me and my 5 friends have reported no longer exist in the game (You can check this on aion webby). You don't like bots? You have the power to ban them, put up their location in LFG and tell people "Bot, come and report", I've done this and literally had a group of 20 people come and report that person, 4 days later the character didn't exist. None of your con points are valid imo, Spirit masters aren't suppose to be a fast running class (hence the limitation on pet distance) otherwise you could send your pet 200m ahead of you to attack something. I've seen many SM's backpeddle while letting their pet attack a mob... SM kiting basically and their pet never desummoned, so unless you're running away REALLY fast, your pet won't desummon. And if you're running to another area, unsummon the god damn pet, what use is it if you're not fighting... Oh pet desummoned I have to hit that god damn f1 key again.


I've played SM/Sorc, I prefer sorcs due to their raw power, but SM's aren't bad. And wtf are you talking about the big numbers in kinah? Obviously you haven't even given the game a chance because you've only lvl to 25, which what? Takes you to the beginning of the Abyss and Eltnen? Lets see, you went to Poeta, Verteron, Eltnen, MAYBE Theobaumus, and MAYBE lower abyss. Thats 5 areas give or take 2. You haven't gone to Heiron, Upper Abyss, or the rest of theobaumus, you probably don't even know all the benefits of Sanctum since you ONLY put up "Gathering Vitality" Not Alchemy, cooking, weaponsmith, armorsmith, gathering Aether, Morphing, Handicrafting, tailoring.... did I miss any? This game is NOT repetitive, there's a lot to do, a lot of ways to level and make kinah. You've obviously never gone to an instance which is a huge part of the game, so you write this "review" without ever really giving every aspect of the game a chance and expect the players who love this game not to come here and wonder wtf is this dude talking about?

Seriously, if you're going to make an idiot post like this, at least list every aspect of the game and show its pro's and con's, NOT play until 25 (which only takes 2-3 days to level to if you know how) then say "This game sucks, I'm done" and leave a review making other people not want to even give the game a chance.


PS - not to mention we've only had a few major updates, WoW has had far worse problems in its first month out than Aion has had, at least Aion responded quickly to the botting/spamming. Writing code isn't an easy process Nitrix, I'm a programmer myself so writing a code to block out the spammers as efficiently as they did is extremely hard. Give them time, things aren't just created instantly, it takes months of writing/scripting to even come up with a pseudocode, let alone a workable fix to all the problems.


PPS - Those areas I've mentioned are Elyos sided only (I'm making an assumption that you're elyos, if not, then the equivalent of it in Asmodian)

You can find group, go farm elites mobs, make quests (sometimes pretty good) and your xp is growing ;) If you don't like grinding, you should choice game without lv's :D About SM i can't say anything (ofc its easy to kill for me, thats all), but as i know in 1.16 your pet will fly. This is big improvment for your class, you should check this out ;) Also in new patch xp from quest will be incressed ;)

Kinah: yeah this is big numbers of this value, but common, you can handle that ;)

Craft: pretty good think. You can earn kinah, you can make your set, you can cook gg food. Many ways to gets profit, but w8! Profits without hard-work and sacriface? Who need easy mode? If you spend plany of time in crafitng you will get benefits - this is good.

Inventory/WH: If you pay you will incress size of your "backpack", which can grove to good size. Anyway i haven't saw anygame with uncountable size of backpack, so you can handle that ;)


You should give this game another chance, find good legion, choice the best character for you, and try enjoy again. Fun is starting in this game at 30lv for sure (with more elites, players to kill).

Gathering profession (Extracting) TERRIBLE to level.
Inventory/Warehouse space - there was never enough.

I had a huge problem with how grindy this game is too especially since I don't have all the free time in the world to play it, but after 28 I found it more fun spending a lot of time in the Abyss. Also if you're in a legion with good friends it helps, because your groups are always fun. :)
