They could have, but they didn't, and they probably won't. Aion is a Korean game, not an instant gratification craphole catered to casuals like WoW. 1-20 is like a day's worth of playing for Koreans. No point adding a lot of content for something that people don't need to go to. Low level gear gets outleveled very fast and xp can still be gained at BC->TC->NTC etc. for those who really hate solo grinding.

The only things Aion will (or should) take care of are issues such as gold spamming and bots. Gold spammers have been reduced to 1 new gold spammer a day max, usually one every 2-3 days. Botting still needs to be fixed, but that can never be completed eliminated. WoW had way more staff than Aion and they couldn't do it either. People who are expecting Aion to make their game experience easier are just stupid. If you expect a Korean game to be easy, you really should do more studying before buying a game. Having to actually put in time to accomplish something is a huge part of what makes the game fun.

well its fun to pvp between lvl 10-19 without twinking since twinking is for people that suck

if you can pwn with any class low lvl and u can outlast twinks i say gg.
