Unneeded. There are not nearly enough to split it eu/us.
It works just as well too state your realm us/eu in the title.

I'd say no, yet again yes.
Best would be to wait till the game is fully running for every one and not to for get, this idea was once on the WoW forum parts.
In the end, bad idea.
