its cause people get better and better. you can't expect blizzard to make content harder and harder, how are the new players going to adapt?



lmfao aion is already dying. all the people i know who went from wow to aion is already back.

btw if you think aion has better graphics AND game play then its already better than wow. what other factors are there to consider?

There are many aspects of Aion that are exactly like other MMOs, why? Because pretty much every MMO leeches ideas from the other ones.
So far the ones who have reached a near "perfect" (for lack of a better word) system for MMOs has been Blizzard.
Why?
Because Blizzard never makes anything half assed. From Warcraft RTS to Diablo to Starcraft and WoW they put out a very refined and long developed game.
Aion has benefited from this, their developers have admittedly taken elements from other games and tried to "perfect" them in Aion.
They have made a very good game, much better than their previous MMOs (City of heroes lol).

Blizzard also does one thing very well: Maintaining their games. From Costumer support to patching they keep it in line.
People may complain about WoW in game support taking a long long time, but when you've got a good customer support, everyone will use it for everything, because it is worth it to talk to them.

I have canceled my subscription to WoW for now. I know I will play it again, however Aion is providing a challenge, WoW has taken a turn for the worse in that department.

Play either, flip a coin, don't play either? Go ride a bike learn another language, do something constructive or beneficial with your time.

If you're worried about bots, both games have em, Aion sucks cuz they can steal kills. Korea and China love to piss you off with their spam, get over it.

No, NCSOFT does not ban YET, or people would not be botting in the same location for over a week solid. I'm aware of the /reportautohunting and /anon - I shouldn't HAVE to do this because if NCSOFT was doing their freaking job - which they should since everyone pays to play it - there would be no reason to type /anon or worry so much about kill stealing. Everyone reports these bots now and still nothing is done about it.

Aion just announced early this morning on my server they were banning all bots with reports on them (finally) and stopping the gold spam - my server has been clear of spam for over 30 minutes!
I'm really happy since this was the ONLY let down for me in this game, I'm glad to see them doing something about it.
Now if they really manage to stop all the nonsense - I recommend AION 150% over WOW!

nah i'm still enjoying arena. i play around 10 hrs a week on arena and thats it. everything else i admit is pretty boring for me about now

wait 3 months after release to get a reliable figure. anyways the arena pros on my server that stopped playing wow all came back is all im saying and was bad mouthing aion saying it was boring after lvl35 and had nothing to show for after you are done leveling

e/ more like 5 hrs now that i think about it. only 23 games this week .. thats like 2hrs at most :S

did you not just complete contradict yourself? lol. I like the game and I think the end game looks amazing but the grind is pretty bad IMO.

WAY too much grinding

By playing the easy content and then moving on to harder content? Also, it's not that people are becoming more skilled, it is that the game is actually becoming easier. With every patch.
