You probably downloaded the wrong version, it happened to my friend, he got the link from the EU website (Gamershell one) but when he downloaded/installed it was the US version, so he had to dl the one from fileplanet and install it (Eu version)
nah i fixed it. it was a error on ncsofts part. Once the 1.5.0.3 downloaded it auto fixed.
