I just finished playing some of the beta, the game isn't good, doesn't "suck balls" but it's really not something to go crazy over.
Everything I encountered in the game has already been done in other games.
Nothing special.. Just another Korean based MMO..

Watch some of these pvp vids. These vids alone make me want to play Aion because the pvp looks awesome

For me WoW is just plain boring now. Everything is easy and the pvp is always imbalanced, so for me this IS a WoW killer since I personally am quitting wow for this game

Nothing will ever destroy WoW.
It's pretty much been the same old shit since day one, but it's still going strong.

As far as Aion being worth it or not, I've been having a good ol' time playing in the beta, and it's well worth the lame $60.
This game has managed to keep me on my toes, and really haven't been able to get myself away from the game for very long. I fear it may be even more addicting then WoW or Diablo...

if its keeping you on your toes than its not addicting, its more like its keeping you on your ass

ive had a fun time with it sort of i love the graphics and everything the grind is a bit of a pain though imo as a melee class, i just dont know if its worth giving up all the characters ive accumulated on WoW and just start all over completely thats why im having such a hard choice on if i should get this game or not

because i still enjoy WoW :\
