I always try to hit the max level with my first character. Than after that i make coinz to help out new chars that i create

I got a glad to level 38 and switch to a sin up to level 30 because it seemed glads were underpowered.
I switched back to my glad because I wasn't going to let game mechanics tell me that glads were horrible. (although at level 38 it was horrible)
Very happy with it now, no complaints. I love it.

Just pick something and run with it.
Dont look back.

just keep pushing with a character that seems to suit you even if you have second thoughts every character has its strengths and weaknesses.
