I've played MMO's for probably about 10 years now. Haven't gotten "hacked" once.

Same here and haven't got any viruses/trojans either, ofc I have downloaded some cracks for games which has contained trojan but I have cleaned and deleted them.

What you probably heard about was AionSource.com's email database being hacked which was used to trick people out of their passwords.

This announcement was posted a little too late to save alot of people.

Its a glitch not a loophole.
What happens is people login to the official aion site and it glitches and logs you into someone elses account instead.

But luckily this really has no affect on your actual aion account.
You can change things like their gamer note, view thier character list and broker sales, or leave random comments on peoples pages.
But you cannot take items, view passwords or emails, or change anything important.

It usually corrects itself when you go to the next page anyways but those people still cant mess with your ingame account.
