Quit dueling baddies. Flash is statistically better than any other gear for the next 10 levels, regardless of who you've fought that has it.

Started a twink ranger myself - thinking of stopping at 36 for flash and still being able to use most rifts. Would only miss out on 2 rifts as 36... if you want access to all.. you should go to 28 at least.

Level to 50 and kill everything. Twinks mostly fight noobs, which would be not so astonishing.

That's not the point of twinks. One of the best ways to make PvP interesting is to give yourself a disadvantage. There's really only 2, gear or level. Running around naked isn't fun, and in some cases doesn't make much difference. So, fighting people higher level, anywhere from 3 to 20, can be entertaining. In order to do this with at least a reasonable degree of success, you need better than average gear.

Like that. Even fighting less than amazing opponents, you can get some incredibly fun fights in.

2 or 3pc flash set imo. + weapon. idk if rangers have a gold atkspd weap at 35 or not, never looked into it.
use gold expert gloves/boots for atk spd and 22%r/w, from there upgrade to the elite 30 abyss set once your AP starts rolling in.
not sure why 36, i'd do 35 (rift access + slightly better AP) or 37 (extra stigma access & skills).

Twinks are a really dumb idea in aion. But if you plan on doing it, level to 45 so you can enter the morheim rifts at the highest level. I believe the steel rake set is what you want, so it's going to be a lot of steel rake grinding and intentional exp loss.

That sounds really gay, actually.
