I saw a video showing that a smaller character will be indeed a bit harder to click, as the smaller character's hitbox's height was a bit smaller, so lets say you have your mouse over the head of a normal tall character, moving to the right where the smaller character is, you wouldnt be able to target him, youd have to move down too.

It doesnt change much imo, and as far as I am concerned I made a medium sized.

Id have to agree with codyst, lol@clicking. Even in competitive pvp, theres way more efficient way to target than clicking.
