I know EU is, but Zikel is a NA server.

edit: I used to play on Zikel Asmo. Was one of the few PvPers on that server.

Yeah I heard EU is, but they are scrapping the vet rewards for "3.0" some say they are getting rid of it all together. A friend ingame told me he heard some of the things that will probably happen when FTP but it could all be speculation.
