I have a (I think, not 100% positive) 9800, 218mb video card, and I have settings around medium and I still lag a bit from the visuals.
What v/c do you have and what are your settings?
I was much more pleased with WoW graphics and maneuvering of the character, but that's my only complaint at this point.

I have a late 2008 Unibody MacBook Pro with an NVIDIA 9600GT, 4gigs RAM, 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo and I have all settings on High with 0x AA and I get on average 55 fps.

Option > Graphic and the top right you can click a box to show fps but I use fraps.

Low settings, 10~15 fps. Playin' on a 9500M GS. Freakin' laptop.

Got an older 4500 radeon, 4gb ram, 2.3ghz 4000+ dualcore processor.

All settings on max, and running perfectly, no visual lag at all.
