No you have to have a NA key to play on NA servers. Thought you were in canada?

The problem is that I am in france and I don't find the way to buy a NA key

They are going by ip, so right now the only way would be for some 1 in NA to buy it for you. They say they dont want people to do it really so its kind of tricky, id say to wait until close to offical release for when they make an offical statement about it because right now they are not sure if they want to allow it.
