If I were to make a signature/avatar (premade one), someone could potentially want it, does that mean the price is similar to the others for like 500-1000 FG as a static one or not because it's premade?
Sometimes I open Photoshop just to work on it for fun and end up making something decent, I'd love to sell those because why wasted work when I can win some FG, right?

There’s no set price for signatures. You can charge as much or as little at you want.

People tend to pay more for specific signature request, because premades don’t quite fit their needs, and they’re willing to spend extra to get exactly what they want (specific renders, backgrounds, font, effects etc)

Premade can help you to get more experience..and sometimes user can ask you to edit a premade to their taste so dont waste time open photoshop and have fun buddy.. ! Everyone here has different level of experience.. and so many style of arts !
