Im a noob in this section but I like to often upgrade what I have been spending time on.

My main doubt is: How to I keep quality etc when I turn a 1200x700 into 400x150.
Is there any effective way to do this?

Been doing great things but in the end when I try to set things to be able to post here (400x150) all work is gone because a lot of quality and details are lost.

Save in PNG * if you can (best format to save (png HD if you can) then compress it.. tinypng can compress under 70kb easy..
you will lose some small details because you are reducing size..

He's telling you to save in png because it keeps the highest quality.

But the problem I could see here is that 1200 x 700 and 400 x 150 Doesnt have the same ratio.

So if you're trying to resize it to exactly 400 x 150 from 1200 x 700 it's just normal that the image becomes weird quality.

Imo you should try to work with 1200 x 450 or 1600 x 600 and then resize to 400 x 150, would be much easier.

This.
What program are you using?
You need an even scale when you reduce the image size.
Honestly if you want to try having a bigger work area, just have your canvas set to 800x300. Even ratio cut in half is 400x150.
I can help you out if you’re using photoshop, just as I’ve helped many others.
