the sig as a whole is fine, the text is your downfall. The font choice + black color is harsh and ruins the signature.

I mean you wanted CNC, even if it was a watermark it still can be improved.

There are really cool ways you can integrate that circle, i know you said water mark but there are ways to make it look good within the signature you have if you were to tag it that way. You can overlap gokus arm over the circle (make circle bigger like a design element) and integrate text that way to add depth to the sig. I haven't touched too much on the sig itself cause it is fine as is in the approach. Something simple in goes along way (any sans-serif) would do and a color change. If that doesn't work then just something with texture that matches the vibe of the sig, I don't have specific answer for you as part of the grunt work is flipping through fonts to see what ties into your sig. Obviously text isnt requried for stuff like this but it is definitely a good skill to get good at (it also takes time so, if it still sucks your sensibilities will only get better)

Sorry if I sounded forward, not my intent. I guess comments on the sig could be more dramatic lighting of light and dark areas to give it even more depth.

Yeah reminds me of earlier sigs where I learned techniques and it didnt apply to the next sig. I know you did more to it but as is it just looks like a render on top of a background. It's ok to scrap stuff or to just step away and come back to it with a fresh mind.

I speak in generalizations and didnt really give you specifics so in the end my advice was really minor lol, just keep creating whether it is good or bad. Not everything has to be a masterpiece.
