Photoshop if you know how to download it etc..
Gimp is the free alternative
Thats basically what you need :thumbsup:

Theres more software that are more specific to logo creation
Or digital drawing..
Theres some app too

I started off with GIMP but I wish I would of started with Photoshop. For me its easier to learn 1 program (no mater the difficulty) and familiarize myself with to hone my skills better than learning 2 different programs.
I am better when I know the program more, like now I know all keyboard shortcuts in Photoshop etc.
Also tons of YouTube tutorials
