hey fellow designers

I'm just wondering how you guys reduce your file size to keep the signatures within 70kb while still maintaining the integrity of the image..

I'm finding that my only option is to reduce the actual image size, which ends up being such a disappointment. (unless there is something i've overlooked?)

my last image went from 322 x 150 to 245 x 114 in order to meet the specs for jsp

it's really sad to see something go from this

oh my god

You use photoshop? When you export as png just tick the 8-bit format. you dont really lose any detal. a 400x150 PNG does NOT need to be 24Bit. it also strips it of metadata that is useless
